About Aka Woody, is a Bulgarian import. We like some of the protection work we have seen off his line and are very excited to take on a male working prospect. Woody has so far demonstrated he is an extremely stable dog. Nothing affects him. Within 24 hours after transport from Bulgaria, he was able to march with the OS marching band at a college football game, deal with fireworks without even seeming to care, and met about 1000 people. He was able to free roam the house between 4-5 months, only 2 ish weeks after arriving. He has focus in his training. He will not get distracted when on the flirt pole, and is very social and outgoing/confident with new things. I feel like I hit the jackpot with the level of nerves and stability that this dog has. He is a cmr1 dog, so if he ends up passing his health testing and proves his working ability, he would need to be paired with a dog that is not a carrier. Woody has already demonstrated he has basic levels of civility, at 4 months old. He has a little big of ears for the standard right now, but expect his ears to grow into his head. He has very nice rear angulation, and has no issues jumping in and out of the truck to go to the farms.
Woody has demonstrated he has a very long fuse. He has already stood up on the farm, and his first civil protection was at 7 months old in real life. He has a very long fuse. Woody is low in prey drive, an amazing dog with little children and the best uncle to the puppies at the house. He lets children walk him with the most gentle energy. Woody is not overly intelligent, but all around fearless, full of confidence, extremely laid back, good with all dogs, and good with all things. Really a breeder’s dream of a temperament and all around dog.
